Dr. Kristy Booker is a native of Oakley , KS . She is the daughter of Ted and Jolene Howard. Dr. Booker did her undergraduate work and played basketball at Cowley County Community College in Arkansas City , KS and Bethany College in Lindsborg , KS . She then went on to Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated with a degree of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2002.

Dr. Booker has been with Oakley Veterinary Service since graduation. She is available to help with any questions, particularly those of equine origin.

Dr. Booker enjoys participating in any athletic event, team roping, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Booker especially values the time spent with her husband, Jason Booker of Oakley. In their spare time, they love fishing and hunting. Jason and Kristy's pride and joy, Liberty Jo Booker, was born on March 25, 2004. They now spend a lot of time keeping up with her.
